Additionally, you pay just $10 for a signed copy and bookmark; $12 for a signed copy, bookmark, and sticker; $14 for a signed copy, bookmark, and button; and $15 for a signed copy, bookmark, sticker, and button. Additional buttons cost $4 each. Additional stickers cost $2 each. Additional bookmarks may be purchased at 10 for $1. All prices include shipping. Your package will be sent once you remit payment, and tracking information will be sent to you via email. Please also note shipping costs will increase for shipments outside the United States.
