Through multidisciplinary critical perspectives—namely Black and transnational feminisms and Critical Race Theory—FG214/RM200/GR220 Hidden Spaces, Hidden Narratives: Intersectionality Studies in Berlin examines myriad forms of subjugation and oppression that affect systemically and systematically vulnerable people and communities in Berlin, as well as the sometimes contentious but always advantageous contours of resistance and solidarity.
Colorado College students interested in taking the course are required to watch the short webinar (approximately 10 minutes) and review the course FAQs before applying on SUMMIT. If you attended either information session, you do not have to view the webinar, but you must still review the FAQs. Attending the study abroad fair does not excuse you from reviewing the webinar or FAQs.
If you are accepted into the course, check out the lists detailing What to Pack and What to Do in Berlin.
